English Mania Programme which is provided by Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR) is held in our school this year. We are pleased to participate in this programme with P.3 students.
Students have opportunities to familiarise themselves with setting, plot and characters in a story; participate in making a story props; enhance vocabulary and comprehension skills as well as narration and expression and develop confidence in spoken and written English. They engage in comic book making and prop building activity; story-based games (e.g. story detective, honeycomb and word slide, etc.); and writing activities that encourage critical thinking.
